Structure:

The aluminum mixer is composed of mixing drum, mixing shaft and motor.

The mixing drum is cylindrical and the bottom shaped like a truncated cone, which is easy to discharge. It is made of steel and the sprue gate is controlled by the pneumatic butterfly valve.

The mixing shaft is composed of driven wheel, bearing base and agitator.

Work principle:

The aluminum powder mixer is driver by the motor which rotate as clockwise direction, and drag the mixing shaft and agitator, and make the material turn inside the drum, the mixing powder comes down from the sprue gate and it is controlled by the butterfly valve.

Adjust and trial runnin:

Adjust the parts below after the installment

Tighten the motor belt

Tighten the gasket screw.

Trial runnin:

The motor runs stably and rotate as clockwise direction.

The mixing drum is stable

The shaft is easy to run, no abnormal sound.

The pneumatic butterfly valve well works.

Maintenance and repair:

1.Maintenance

Clean the mixing drum and mixing shaft once a week, tighten the gasket of the shaft.

2.Repair

Disassemble the sprue gate and clean it and pneumatic butterfly valve and the pipe once per month.
